We take pride in the merchandise we sell and take every possible measure to ensure you are pleased. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue as efficiently as possible.


Our return policy allows you to request a full refund within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, unworn, and with tags. To initiate a return, please contact us to request a return. We'll issue your refund, gift card, or exchange once we approve your return and receive the returned/exchanged item. Failure to request a return before sending the item may result in the return not being accepted. For domestic returns, we will provide a printed return label (Self-serve returns are coming soon!)

Please note that for international returns, the cost of returning the item is not covered by Pitstop1. We recommend using a recorded delivery method to track the return shipment. However, we cannot be held liable for any damages or lost items during the return process.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you find any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away so that we can assess the issue and rectify it.

For exchanges, the quickest method is to return the item and then make a separate purchase for the desired item once the return is accepted.

Once we receive your return, we will notify you and inform you of the refund approval. The full amount, excluding shipping costs if applicable, will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
